How to be successful long-term & what makes a great leader: Deloitte’s global CEO explains.

In this podcast- powered by the World Economic Forum- Global Deloitte CEO, Punit Renjen, shares his views on what makes a company profitable long-term and what qualities business leaders need to have. He explains the importance of impact work – of giving back to the community and environment – by saying that it is not only the right thing to do, it is also the right business thing to do.

He goes on to explain that the pandemic further emphasised his beliefs around what makes a good leader. The five qualities he considers essential are: empathy, focus, speed, transparency and forecast.
